Member Terms and Agreement
By signing up for a membership, you agree to these terms and agreements.
Monthly Membership Payment / Cancellation
All monthly memberships will be set up on an auto-renewal. To cancel, members must complete a MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FORM and submit it to Community Ed & Rec, along with security fob(s), 5 days prior to the expiration date.
Annual Membership Cancellation – Qualifying Events / Change in Status
Failure to use the facility will not relieve you of the obligation to pay any balance due on your membership fees and/or forfeit the balance of time remaining on the terms for the membership agreement unless a qualifying event has occurred: death, move out of Jordan, change in familial status, employment change, or change in insurance benefits. In such cases, the member must complete a MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FORM and submit it to Community Ed & Rec, along with the security fob(s).

Key Fob
You may request a security fob to access the facility during fob hours. This requires a $10 deposit and the individual must be at least 18 years old. Fob access may be revoked for misuse.
Fitness Center
The fitness center is available to adults and youth ages 12+. No one under 12 is allowed. Ages 12–13 must be accompanied by a guardian. Ages 14+ may enter alone if they follow all rules.
Field House
The field house is open during CERC hours to members and paid guests. Children under 8 require direct adult supervision. Children 8+ may play independently if an adult is present and behavior is appropriate. Hanging from equipment is prohibited. All active play must be confined to the field house. The track supports walking and jogging—walkers use inside lanes, joggers outside. Strollers with clean rubber wheels are permitted. Informal or organized leagues or tournaments are not allowed without approval.
The Member Agrees
The member agrees to follow all CERC policies and rules. Exercise can be strenuous and carries risks; members should consult a physician before starting any program. By using the facility—including fitness equipment, locker rooms, and participation in programs—you do so at your own risk and release ISD 717 and its affiliates from all liability. This includes injuries from equipment malfunction, staff instruction, or accidents on premises. This waiver remains valid even if part of it is found unenforceable. Failure to use the facility does not relieve payment obligations. By signing, you agree this is the full agreement unless modified by a written promotional offer.
The member is entitled to a signed copy of this agreement upon request. This contract becomes legally binding upon acceptance by CERC and supersedes all prior agreements unless otherwise amended in writing.
