Certified Personal Training

If you'd like to learn the basics or enhance your workouts at The CERC, you can arrange a personal training session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

Personal Training Sessions

In addition to your CERC membership, we have a fantastic program to help you stay on track and meet your fitness goals. Accountability and support can be one of the best ways to do this!

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled directly with each personal trainer at a time that is convenient for you. When you arrive for your first training session, you will be asked to complete the personal training waiver and client information form. Each session, you will check in at the front desk.

Payment

Cash, check, or credit is accepted for session payment. Clients pay per session, prior to the start of the session. Paying for sessions in advance is an option upon request.

60-Minute Training Session: $40
Small-Group Sessions: Available upon request

Philosophy

I believe that everyone has the potential to improve in all areas of their lives, especially in their health and fitness. My passion is to help people live better physically and mentally by getting them to exercise regularly. What holds people back the most is that they are uncomfortable, afraid, or embarrassed. They may have never exercised because they don't know where to start, or they stopped because it wasn't working, they got injured, or life got busy. I personally have had some challenges in my life that have interfered with my health and fitness — most people have. It's okay, and it's never too late to hit the start button and begin again where you are at in your life. I like to work with clients on small, attainable goals that build confidence and motivation. I feel a person is more likely to continue if they can see they are making progress.
